The placement cell of the college works towards finding and creating recruitment opportunities for students studying at the institute. The placement cell of the college invites final year students to register themselves for placements. Accordingly, a database of students is prepared for placements. Next, the CMRIM Placement Cell holds career counselling sessions. CMRIM also has a CMR Life Skills Institute that imparts soft skills training to prepare students for the selection process.
