The College of Food Technology, Ashti, was established in 2015 and is a specialised institution located in Beed, Maharashtra. This co-educational institute spreads over a 50-acre campus and focuses on food technology education and research. The college, with an enrolment of 104 students and a faculty strength of 23, provides an intimate learning environment.

The College of Food Technology, Ashti, has a wide range of facilities designed to enhance the learning experience of its students. The college has five well-equipped laboratories, watched over by experienced staff, with all the tools necessary to enable practical learning in food technology. The College of Food Technology, Ashti, currently offers only one full-time course, which is a B.Tech in Food Technology. It is a four-year course with an intake of 40 students each year. Because the college emphasises only a single specialised course, in-depth study and practical training are given to its students in food technology.

The college accepts scores from MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test), JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination), and ICAR AIEEA-UG (ICAR's All India Entrance Examination for Admission—Undergraduate).
