As kcet is the entrance exam conducted for getting seat for good college for btech courses it means bachelor's of technology in the state level and kcet is conducted by the state Karnataka and to get seat innthe forestry in sirsi you should get more than 50 percent of the marks to the total marks so that you may get seat in that college so study well and work hard to get good marks in the expected college of your choice ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

It depends on which college or course you are applying to. Some colleges conduct their respective entrance exams for admissions whereas others do not conduct entrance exams and provide direct admission through merit obtained in 10+2.

College of Forestry, Sirsi has two full time courses on offer. These courses are as follows:

• B.Sc Forestry- 4 year full time course.
• M.Sc Forestry- 2 year full time course.

The degree courses are offered by the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad and is approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

The eligibility criteria for the respective courses are as follows:

• B.Sc Forestry: The candidate must have passed the higher secondary/ class XII examination with science stream or any other examination that is equivalent there to, shall be eligible for the course.
• M.Sc Forestry: The candidate must have completed bachelor studies in science in the respective course of study with the education format of 10+2+3.
