College of Innovative Management and Science, Lucknow Lucknow College of Innovative Management and Science was established in the year 2010. Situated in the lively city of Uttar Pradesh, it has carved out its own niche in management and science education. As an affiliated college, CIMS spreads across a compact area of 1.23 acres and offers six different undergraduate and diploma courses. One of the prestigious colleges, it offers an easy educational environment with a favourable student-teacher ratio. With an enrolment of 724 students, 30 faculty members in this college, CIMS is co-educational and accepts students from every walk of society. The courses conducted by CIMS are a full-time array of courses for the varied types of academic interests. Its portfolio comprises six undergraduate programmes, including: BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Ed, B.Com (Honours), and D.El.Ed. The prime motive of these programmes is equipping students with relevant skills and information. 

Admission to CIMS is absolutely based on merit and merit only. For all undergraduate courses such as B.Com, B. Com (Hons), and BCA, admission to the respective programmes shall be given purely based upon the merit of marks obtained in 12th standard, that is Intermediate Level and skills shown during presentation/interviews. The overall percentage of all relevant subjects shall be used as an assessment tool by the college. In case of BBA programme, almost the same trend can be seen; however, admission criteria shall be specific for management studies. For B.Ed programme, admissions are sought through conducting the UP JEE B.Ed entrance exam, and all this is in accordance with state-level education norms. Admission into the D.El.Ed course also is based on merit or it sometimes takes place without the entrance tests.
