The Composite Regional Centre srinagar is established by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. The main objective of Composite Regional centre is to build an inclusive society that provides equal opportunities for the growth and development of Persons with Disabilities. Composite Regional centre facilities includes  a library stocked with a wide range of resources, specialised laboratories for each domain, comfortable classrooms, hostel accommodations, and extensive sports facilities among others. The college provides spacious classrooms for learning and hostel facilities for girls. The  Composite Regional  centre also has modern labs and a library with internet, which are great for studying and research. Students can get scholarships from different government schemes.
