GNM at Crescent College of Nursing, Palakkad Offline Course

1. Candidates should be residents of the State of Kerala.

2, Candidates should have passed Plus Two/ Predegree equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. (Average 45% in these subjects)

3. Age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years and not more than 27 years as of 1st January of the applying year. The upper age limit will be relaxed to 3 years in the case of backward communities and five years in the case of SC / ST candidates.

4. Application form should be filled up dearly by own handwriting. Attested copies of the following documents should be sent along with the application form.

• a) Frontpage and mark list of SSLC Book
• b) Mark list and other Necessary Certificates of the qualifying examination
• c) Conduct & character certificate from Principal of School / College last studied.
• d) Caste / Religion Certificate in case applying for relaxation of marks/age.
