Dakshin Kamrup College, Mirza was established in the year 1961. It is an affiliated college and is co-educational, sprawled over an area of 27.49 acres in the Kamrup district of Guwahati in the state of Assam. This college is graded as conducive to learning and development with a total student strength of 2527 and a faculty strength of 99. Dakshin Kamrup College offers 24 courses in 9 degrees, including popular programmes in Arts, Science, and Commerce. Admission to Undergraduate programmes such as BA, B. Sc. Admission to B.Com is strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
