Academic quality honestly feels average at best. The teaching quality really depends on which department you are in and which teacher taking the class.
some teachers are really good and some teachers just come to class to take attendance and they would just read the book and leave the class.
College Infra
College infrastructure is not so good but Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is the only degree college in Khowai which makes it an important institution for students in this area. but to be fair the infrastructure really needs improvement.
during the rainy season a few classrooms even leak slightly which makes it uncomfortable.
Campus Life
Campus life is good but little bit boring.
you don't really get that energetic college feel that many students hope for.
students mostly stick to their own friends circles, there is not much interaction outside of that.
Teachers are fine and approachable.
Placements
If you're expecting campus placements at Dasaratha Deb Memorial college, you'll probably be disappointed.
The truth is there is there is almost no proper placement system here.
companies don't really visit the college and there is not any active placement cell that connects students with job opportunities.
Value For Money
value for money is good, here at Dasaratha Deb memorial college, fees for both B.Sc. and BA costs almost free.
Semester fee is so low that you can save money for Master degree.
the fees are less than 1000 rupees per semester for all departments.

Academics
Quality of education is not too good but still okay can be managed. most of the teachers are friendly and they always try their best to teach us.
you can ask any doubts or confusions without any hesitation, they will surely help you.
College Infra
College building is a bit old but it's okay.
But the classrooms are big enough and most of them have fans, some lights that not properly work.
There's no wifi facility or AC in labs.
college infrastructure is overall simple, functional and manageable.
Campus Life
campus life is also average, not too exciting.
there are not many activities or events happening throughout the year.
most of the days feel repetitive like just classes and going home.
there's not much of a student community vibe.
Placements
There's no placement here to be honest.
You have to study higher education or look for government jobs if you want a job.
If you're someone who is very self motivated then you can get job even studying in this college.
Value For Money
Value for money is good.
very affordable and very low fees, you can complete your Bachelor's degree (BA and B.Sc.) in just 500 rupees to 600 rupees per semester.
so Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is good value for money.

academically, Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is decent. the teachers are nice also.
some teachers take time to explain topic properly but some just focus on completing the syllabus.
There is no extra academic like seminar or workshops.
College Infra
from my point of view the infrastructure of Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is honestly not that great but still workable.
The classrooms are simple with fans, lights, and blackboards, though not everything works perfectly.
Campus Life
Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is friendly and calm college. It's not a party type college, it is more peaceful place.
you will find people helping each other out with notes or assignments.
the college area is also safe for everyone and locals nearby are also very friendly.
Placements
Placement in Dasaratha Deb Memorial College is very poor.
The teachers do guide you if you ask them about career paths or competitive exams but there is no placement program.
it would be great if the college could bring some training sessions or career counselling programs.
