24 MonthsMaster of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. program should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programs:
(i) B.Ed.
(ii) B.A.B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed.
(iii) B.El.Ed.
(iv) D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each).
Admission Details
Admission to the M.Ed. course is done strictly in accordance with NCTE norms by the Admission Committee, as constituted by the Vice-Chancellor of Panjab University. Admission is done through centralized counseling. Every candidate must appear in person for the counseling.
