24 MonthsMaster of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. program should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programs:
(i) B.Ed.
(ii) B.A.B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed.
(iii) B.El.Ed.
(iv) D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each).
Admission Details
The admission to the M.Ed. the course is done strictly as per the N.C.T.E. norms by the Admission Committee to be constituted by the Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University. Admission is done through centralized counseling. Every candidate has to appear in the counseling in person.
