Dnyanshree Institute of Engineering and Technology, Satara is a private engineering institute established in 2012 under the Raosaheb Wangde Master Charitable Trust (RWMCT). DIET Satara offers diplomas and degree programmes (B.Tech)in various engineering fields. DIET diploma programmes are affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai (MSBTE) whereas Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, Maharashtra affiliate DIET degree programmes. Admission into the DIET B.Tech courses is provided based on performance in HSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent exams and scores obtained in MHT-CET and JEE Main.

College Infrastructure
I would say, our college have enough infrastructure needed for an engineering college. We have wifi in every classroom and laboratory. Classrooms are very spacious. Hostel food is very tasty. College bus transportation facilities are there.
