Don Bosco Institute of Technology- MMS (DBIT), Mumbai, was established in 2001. This is one of the pioneers of academic institutes at Kurla in Mumbai. This institute is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and has been assessed at B++ grade by NAAC, New Delhi. AICTE has approved the institute. The co-educational institute offers varied programmes in Engineering and Technology with Management studies. The B.Tech programmes involve Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering, with an intake of 60 each in all except Mechanical, which is 120. The MMS programme is admitted to 60 students.
