Dr D Y Patil Medical College Hospital And Research Centre, Pune is an autonomous College and was established in the year 1996. The DYPMC Pune courses are recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The DYPMC Pune admissions are offered to undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (M.D, M.S, M.Sc., M.P.H.), doctoral (M.Ch, D.M., Ph.D) and fellowship courses in different areas. The DYPMC Pune training and placement cell looks after the training and placement activities. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The college offers a variety of courses in many specialisations like Medical Imaging, Anaesthesiology, Pediatrics, Plastic Surgery, Anatomy, Intensive Care Medicine, Oncology, Nephrology and many more. DYPMC Pune Admissions 

The college offers admissions at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The eligible candidates must qualify for national-level entrance examinations like NEET-UG/ NEET-PG/ NEET-SS for admission to the courses like M.B.B.S., M.D., M.S., M.Ch. and D.M. For the DYPMC Pune M.H.P and Ph.D. admissions, the college conducts the entrance exam. The DYPMC Pune M.Sc. selection process is done based on the qualifying marks of the candidate.

DYPMC Pune Cutoff 

The candidates must meet the DYPMC Pune cutoff for admission to courses. The DYPMC Pune NEET-UG Cutoff is the last rank for the admissions to M.B.B.S. The candidates must meet the DYPMC Pune NEET-PG cutoff for admissions to M.D., and M.S. The DYPMC Pune NEET-SS is the last rank for admission to M.Ch. and D.M.

DYPMC Pune Placements 

The college offers training and placements for final year students. The DYPMC Pune training and placement cell conducts many programmes and provides guidance for a number of placement-related student activities.  Apart from this, in association with the Alumni department, the DYPMC Pune training and placement cell conducts online sessions and meetings with our own past alumni who have cleared international exams like USMLE and PLAB. 

DYPMC Pune Facilities 

The college offers facilities like hostels, classrooms, medical facilities, a library, sports, an auditorium, a cafeteria and many more. The DYPMC Pune offers separate hostels for boys and girls. The DYPMC Pune central library has been provided with a Wi-Fi internet facility and students and the faculty have open access to this facility. Apart from 2047 online journals, in addition to the central library facility, each Department has its own Departmental Library.

DYPMC Pune Location 

The college is located at Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. It will take 10 minutes to travel from Pimpri Railway Station, which is around 3 km away, to the college. The institute is located 17.6 kilometres from Pune International Airport. To go to Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital, and Research Centre, students can take a bus or a cab.
