The College has Boys hostel, and the Hostel is a home away from home to our Hostel students. The Hostel at D Y Patil School of MCA provides for innumerable experiences with Mother Nature in the form of nature trails, hikes, and in-house adventure camps. Not only this, the scenic landscapes provide for a natural relaxation and serve for the rejuvenation of both the mind and soul, resulting in greater zeal and energy. This area also inculcates in students life-long skills of living together with different cultural backgrounds and harbouring a feeling of acceptance and tolerance. It also inculcates mannerisms that assist each child to develop holistically and lead contented lives in the later stages of life. The Hostel is a modern structure consisting of three wings, allowing for the accommodation of 40- 50 students in each wing.

The College has Boarding House is equipped to provide catering services to students and staff. In the school, the kitchen services are managed by Balaji Caterers and their highly experienced Production & Service team. The kitchen opens at 6.15 am to provide breakfast for students from 7.00 am to 8.00 am. The menu is planned on a 15-day cycle. Multi-cuisine food is provided (a mixture of Indian and Continental dishes) and is planned to maintain variety and norms of nutritional value. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is prepared in designated kitchen areas and available at every meal. Special diets are provided for students & staff on medical advice when necessary. Students and staff eat together at lunchtime in the dining hall, which caters to around 200 people between 01:00 pm and 02:00 pm. Idli Sambhar, Italian Pasta, Schezwan Fried Rice, Malabari Chicken…the cheapest and easiest way of traveling around the world is through mouth-watering delicacies. It enables them to experience the joy of enjoying meals with their friends and teachers in an informal setting. Enhancing and strengthening the camaraderie they share with the entire school fraternity.

The College has sports facilities for all students.

The College has the support of the Director, faculty, and the patronage of students. DYPSOMCA Library has grown enormously. The total collection is about 6090 books, 600 CDs, 200 Project reports, and 60 Conference Proceedings. There are 102 periodicals and bound volumes of some prominent journals. It has 3 English and 2 local language newspapers. Both these are preserved for 6 months and 3 months, respectively. The library began its Computerization. Today’s world and the competitive scenario demand that students are well versed in different aspects of learning, unlike yesteryear, where a master in one trade was enough to sustain one’s lifestyle. Today’s demands are to be a jack of all trades. So, keeping this in mind, the students are encouraged in many ways to use the library or resource center. 

The College has on its campus an efficient medical and health care facility with a well-equipped medical team. The Health Center is equipped to handle emergencies and the routine medical needs of the students and staff. Furthermore, in the case of hospital care, DYPSOMCA has tie-ups with the InLaks and Budhrani Hospital.

The College has provided IT skills to the students we have built the state-of-the-art Computer Center. The air-conditioned labs are well equipped with the internet and the latest software solutions in their ultramodern networked environment. We believe that education should not be restricted only to classrooms and labs, so we have provided a campus that has a wi-fi facility. This enables students to do their theses and projects innovatively by using the internet.
