SICSR Pune Placement Procedure
SICSR Pune placement cell conducts live sessions on career counselling in the IT field and soft skills by Industry experts.
The university also conducts guest sessions for the students by experts in startups to become entrepreneurs.
By joining aptitude training and practising our learning management system, students gain the confidence to participate in competitive exams as well. They can see their result online after appearing for the test.
SICSR conducts training by industry experts to develop skills that would help them during Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and Technical Interviews.
SICSR brings experts from the IT industry to help the students learn and understand the latest trends in the Industry and how to select specialisation.

I’ve seen my seniors getting big companies like Accenture and all . They have a proper step process for the students to achieve their dream job companies. It has good aptitude test then personal interview and group discussion as well

The placement cell really disappointed me. They did bring many companies for internship but they were not good ones and 90% of them were for non technical roles. Till now only 5-6bcompanies have come for placement which include DE Shaw, Accenture, Deloitte, Microland and DeltaX. Only accenture did bulk hiring of 28 students. So don't rely on the placement cell just find an internship and job off-campus.
