Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality – Applicants must be Citizens of India
- Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or examinations recognized equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology/Biotechnology separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology put together, are eligible in the absence of Biology, Biotechnology will be considered as a subject for academic eligibility SC/ST/OBC candidates shall be eligible for relation in minimum marks as per the norms prescribed.
- Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the nearest whole number is not permitted.
- Candidates who have not passed their qualifying exam from the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, CBSE, or ICSE shall provide an equivalency certificate obtained from the concerned university.
- Only those candidates who qualify NEET UG as per the qualifying criteria prescribed in the information bulletin of NEET-UG shall be eligible to apply for admission, and Only candidates who registered for his/or her NEET Rank in KEAM are eligible.
- Applicants should possess a certificate of good conduct and character issued from the institution last studied.
- Candidates can apply strictly through the fulfillment of directions prescribed in the KEAM 2018 Prospectus.
- NEET notification as a whole, including the “Merit list and qualifying Criteria” of the NEET information bulletin issued by CBSE, obtain a minimum of marks at the 5oth percentile. AYUSH-UG Courses shall be mandatory through the merit list and qualifying criteria of NEET.
