El Bethel College, Kolkata, is a co-educational establishment approved by the NCTE. The college provides teacher education programs and follows a merit-based admission system for selected programs. D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed program being also a two-year regular course conducted by El Bethel College. The program follows a merit-based admission process on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Other parameters, if any, may also be included under selection procedure as per the guidelines of the State Government/UT administration and affiliate university. The D.El.Ed program has a total intake of 50 seats.
