Elitte College of Engineering, Kolkata was established in the year 2001. ECE Kolkata offers a variety of programs in engineering and management. On a compact 2.51-acre campus, currently, there is an enrolment of 825 students, while the faculty strength is 60 members. ECE Kolkata is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, which ensures that the programs are in accordance with national standards of technical education.

These various B.Tech programs comprise streams like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Internet of Things, and Cyber Security including Block Chain Technology. An MBA course has also been offered to complete the list with a management education option.

The admission process in ECE Kolkata for B.Tech courses is based on the WBJEE examination, which is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission into different private and government engineering institutions in West Bengal.
