ESIC Medical College, Bangalore, is relatively newer establishment as compared other medical colleges and it was started in the year 2010. Situated in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru of Karnataka, this is an affiliated college recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Medical courses include, MBBS and various post graduate specialisations which are offered in the institute. ESIC Medical College has its own bus facility with a total student enrolment 642 and faculty 159, therefore proper medical education with better accommodation facilities are available for students. 

ESIC Medical College has a range of facilities in place to improve the performance of the students as well as their training. The college campus have well equipped laboratories for each department and so practical training can be effectively done. The college provides students and faculty with a rich and sufficient library facility. The medical facility and hospital in the college gives experience of medical practices. For physical activities, the college provides playing fields and a gym to be used for sports in students’ leisure time. The institution also has well equipped hostels for boys and girls that keep outstation students comfortably accommodated.

A total of 15 courses are provided by the institute and all of them are actually full-time courses. MBBS with 100 admissions is the main course offered by the college. The college's postgraduate courses such as MD and MS have more specialised admission capacities. 

The admission process at ESIC Medical College is mainly through national level medical competitive entrance examinations. For the MBBS programme, and all other medical disciplines, admissions are made based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG). For postgraduate admission into the MD and MS courses, NEET PG is conducted.
