hey vandan,

it is best to purchase a guide book of universal publication or Shinghal publication, both are equally good. And purchase another book of current affairs. This was all about material. Now, how to kick start.

  1. Your focus should be on constitutional law and cover this topic thoroughly from the aforementioned book because you can easily get 80 questions from this topic itself out of total 175 questions.
  2. Secondly, cover legal awareness part with newspaper for questions like chairman of law commission etc.
  3. Legal maxims also come in large numbers and you have no other option but to cram all those e.g. nudam pactum
  4. Lastly, English part should be covered for synonyms and antonyms etc.

This was overall of how to start preparation.

Attempt as many questions as you can because almost 120 questions are needed to get a seat in prestigious campus law centre of DU.

IN DU LLB for SC is 7.8% reserve seat .So the competition is really very high in that also.

So be prepared and best of luck.

Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University both are one of best universities in India. Both are comparable but Delhi University is surely better than Banaras Hindu University. However you can also choose based on which is nearest to your home. Even Delhi University is also more economical and also high ranked.

Thank you.

Hi Komal,

You must have accidentally missed the entry field for sports quota. You can only apply for sports quota while filling out the registration form; there is no alternative. You should contact the University authorities on this subject, to edit your application. Also this year DU would not be conducting any trials for sports quota admission but only awarding benefits on the basis of certificates and participations. Hope this helps.
