Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma.D) is a 6-year full-time integrated program course offered by MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program is designed to prepare students for a dynamic and rewarding career in the field of clinical pharmacy. It integrates rigorous academic coursework with extensive clinical training to ensure graduates are adequately skilled to provide exemplary patient care.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates for admission to the program have to meet eligibility criteria prescribed by appropriate statutory bodies like AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Government quota

Candidates who have passed examinations of the Karnataka PUC board or an equivalent examination of any other approved board or University with not less than 45% marks in any combination comprising PCM, PCB, PCMB*, PC & computer science, and PC & Electronics

University quota

Candidates who have passed two years of examination in the Karnataka PUC board or an equivalent examination of any other approved board or university in any combination comprising PCM, PCB, PCMB, PC and computer science, and PC and Electronics.

International Students, OCI / NRIs, SAARC

Must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board in any stream
Any international qualification approved by an Association of Indian Universities that is equivalent to 10+2 examinations
Should have proof of proficiency in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 8
NRI/ Foreign Students: USD 6000 + Other fee Rs.38,550 per annum
