As per the eligibility, You should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score in class 12 to appear for NEET as general category.

Pharm D stands for Doctor of pharmacy. It is a Post Graduate Doctorate Degree program and D.pharm is a diploma course of 2 years after your 12th science.
