Merit is the sole criterion for admission into the BA programme. Any student who has passed the 10+2 from a recognised board can apply. The college uses the marks in the qualifying examination to make the merit list.
Admission for both B.Sc Medical and B.Sc Non-Medical courses is through merit. Those who have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (for Medical) or Mathematics (for Non-Medical) are eligible. The students are selected through the marks in the above-mentioned subjects.
The B.Com course also adopts a merit admission system. There is preference to students who complete 10+2 with Mathematics or Commerce, but merit-wise, admission to all streams is open.
B.Sc (Computer Science) and B.Sc (Biotechnology) are courses of specialisation that adopt a merit admission system. For Computer Science, a mathematics proficiency is crucial, whereas in Biotechnology, a biology background is preferable.
The FCC Hisar provides MA in Psychology, MA Hindi, MA English, MA Sanskrit, MA Sociology, and MA History. Admissions to all of these programmes are strictly merit-based. Applicants possessing a relevant bachelor's degree can apply.
