The Food Craft Institute (FCI) Mysore offers diplomas and craftsmanship courses. The FCI Mysore courses are the core areas of food and beverage operations including Diplomas in Food Production, Bakery and confectionery, Food and Beverage Service, Front office operations, Housekeeping Operations, and Craftsmanship Courses in Food Production and Patisserie and Food & Beverage Service.
To get admission to the Food Craft Institute, Students should pass the 12th class for the diplomas (10+2 system) and the 10th class for the craftsmanship courses. Also, students must have also studied the English language as one of the subjects.
