The Infrasture was decently good , with all the required items and tech for a business school. The college also has a paygroud for the physical wellbeing of the students along with a dedicated canteen and hostels. Furthur each departments fecilitate the major courses in a very systematic and efficient manner.Also the hygiene standards are quiet good.

The academics are very good and GCC can be considered as one of the very best business schools in the entire North-Eastern region. Th e college has shown strong promise in the upbringing and development of the under graduate students.

The Placements have been quiet dissapointing especially for the under graduate course holders . Although the MBA department is capable of providing placements , work oppurtunity for UG students would be a very good development.

Considering the fees we pay this college is surely a very affordable and value for money college.

My College infrastructure was great. All the necessary facilities were available like for girls sanitary dispenser were available, for boys all the facilities were available with liquid soap. AC were available in all the rooms with Wifi. All the bathrooms were clean and proper hygiene was maintained.

GCC is considered as one of the best commerce college in North-East with all the updated curriculum. Softwares like Tally ERP, Advance Excel were taught to gain in-hand experience to make us job ready. The faculties were all trained to give us the best explanations.

The placements were on and off good. Being a commerce college,Big 4 like EY also recruited from us. Companies like godrej, Bajaj Allianz have also recruited from us. The package goes from 3.5 to 5.5CTC on an average. The placement cell is strong and add value to it

Course is cheap. Bcom can be completed in mere 25 thousand to 30 thousand.

The rooms are quite big and it has enough bench for the students of 100 and the board is quite big and understandable and full working ac are there and the canteen facilities are also good and it serve hygiene products.

The course gives a 6 semester program and the subjects are relevant to the modern world requirement and the professors are very well experienced in their field and provide the students ample amount of knowledge.

Placments are average, some of the local companies came for hiring and hire 10-25 students who are topper and secure good marks and sometime they came for sales requirement. Most of the jobs are for sales .

The environment of the college is so good that you will not feel boring. It has all the facilities like library, smart boards, canteen which food is amazing. All these things are well maintained and used. The administration takes good care of cleanliness and food hygienic.

In terms of academic, The teaching is very good. As I did my M.com my teachers were highly educated and very friendly. I used to seek their help for every small problem. And my degree made me job-ready. Rest assure about academics.

The placements cell is working but average. Most often students find off campus placements. However, the college has a great reputation its name helps students getting good job opportunities. I had some other career plans so I did not go for placements.

The college infrastructure is outstanding, the canteen is great. The parking facility is so good. The parking lot is made in such a way that during our breaks we can spend some free time there. Gauhati commerce college is the best college I ever studied.

The faculties are great, they teach in such a way that at one we understand everything. They are so helpful and don’t pressurize for any assignments. Even though they give us assignments, we have a flexible tenure to submit.

Placement opportunities are not that great in this college. There are very less companies. And the placement cell is not that active. We often need to go to the placement to find out any information. Overall it is average.

College is equipped with a library, computer lab, gym , canteen, a big auditorium , a seminar hall, hygienic toilets for both male and female and also for specially abled people... Infrastructure is good but can be made better..

As a top institute for studying commerce at both higher secondary or graduation level most of the students have very good academic records... Classes take place on time starting from 9 am and sometimes we are having classes till 4 pm.. teachers are very supportive

The college didn't provide any placement.. but once you are graduate from this college but you can get off campus placement as the goodwill of the college is very good and also even after graduating the teachers will help with getting jobs.

The total fees for B.com during the time i was studying in GCC was only arround 20k for 3 years.. that too if your parents income is less then the fees is only 3k to 5k for 3 years.. so this is indeed a value for money college.

Our college targets to fulfill the basic facilities from serving the students in a better and wonderful way, which creates a wonderful environment to learn and study without any hesitation and disturbance.

As myself being a commerce student and pursuing B. Com, most probably our many subjects are related to finance, stock market and risk management. As every saturday there is a program managed for career counselling which is very helpful to us. And the teachers also guide us the various tactics and method of investing in the share market.

As mentioned above our unit of career counselling is held every saturday which benefits the students by providing them placements in many well performing companies. As they provide well salary as compared by others to freshers in today's era of competition. It ranges between 2.5-3 lakh.

As in yearly basis it costs 20000 per year. As I feel it worth because the teachers are among the best and excellent experienced. The way of providing education and specially the practical classes are taken at smart classes which are featured with projecter. And the students are asked to give their presentation individually, which helps them in facing nervousness while interviews.

As while pursuing degree from this college I suggest that this is the best one among all the other commerce college in Guwahati. As sports is also organised in a very good way. As students can also join Ncc as three wings are headed i. e Army wing, Naval unit and Air unit.

As described above many facilities are provided in our college but specially parking place, library from which we can study and also take required books for some quoted period with the help of library card. A large and wonderful auditorium is there for performing functions and celebrations. As there is also a canteen which provides the students with delicious and hygenic foodsat affordable prices.

Gauhati Commerce College have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities and equipments to utilise it for the education purpose. There is a library for study books and sports centre for practising every sports and provide wifi connection. There is also a digital classrooms have smart boards and they all used and well maintained. In the hostels and canteen the staffs provide healthy and hygienic foods and living spaces are clean.

I am studying Gauhati Commerce College to get knowledge and explore about subjects which is in our curriculum. The quality of teaching in our College is very good for and teachers are very supportive and encouraging though it is beneficial for us. Yes , our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the fields.Yes.

There is a placement cell in our College which helps us to face many interviews. Various opportunities given by the college to get jobs . Around 20% to 21% students are placed in our course. The highest salary package is offered is around 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA and the lowest is around 0.6 LPA to 0.7 LPA .Top recruited companies are ITC, Reliance etc.

In Gauhati Commerce College, Whole b.com course cost around 25 thousands only and I feel it is worth to study here.

Gauhati Commerce College is located in Guwahati city. The campus of our College is plastic free and safe for students and Teacher's. The students of our College are engage in various activities like NCC, NSS etc.The overall environment is very good.

It is the best Government College to study Commerce .

The college have all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment. Facilities available are libraries, sports centres, hostels, smart board, coference halls, seminer halls, auditorium, cricket ground, and all of them are well maintained.

I studied b.com and teaching is good . Curriculum might be slightly outdated and developements must be made. It will not completed make you job ready. You need to do extra courses side by side on your own.

Undergrad placements are very very poor close to zero. Development must be made for placement of undergrads as well. As far as masters are concern a number of students got placed in reputed firms accross the states.

Our college has great infrastructure with proper facilities and hi-tech equipments. We have a very big Library which contains various books of different domains. We have an auditorium also. WiFi is available in each and every classrooms. We have Ac's in each and every classrooms. We use smart boards in our classrooms. The living spaces are very clean and hygienic.

I was studying BBA in this college. The quality of the teaching is very professional and the teachers are very friendly and helpful towards students. The curriculum is very updated which includes recent developments in the field. Studying BBA helped me to be job ready.

The quality of placements is very great. Almost 80% of the students gets placed every year. The highest package that was offered was 45lakhs p.a. the average salary offered is 7-8 lakhs p.a. The placement process was very easy and pleasant for me. The college was also very supportive towards it.

The cost per year is ₹40,900 which results to 1.1lakh in total for 3 years. The money is totally worth spending as people gains knowledge, upskills their existing skills which helps the students in their near future.

Our college campus is very nice and beautiful. Students engage in various types of activities such as management events, sports etc. The relationship between teachers and students are to be kept in mind forever. The location is also good, it can handle any type of emergencies as we have police station and hospital nearby our college.

I would suggest each and every one to be a part of this college and have a great and beautiful college life with lots of beautiful memories and happiness with perfect amount of professionalism which will help them in their near future.
