Some of the classrooms have AC which is very helpful in the summer season. And classroom infrastructure is good (though some of the old classrooms should be renovated properly). But the girls' washroom is not at all maintained properly.

Academics is quite decent. Some of the teachers are actually good and friendly. Though the routine can be improved. I don't know about other batches but when I was a student there, many students remain absent and classes were irregular.

I don't have much knowledge regarding this matter. But during a class, I heard from one of our professors that there are good placements in the college. He was sharing few stories of placements in the college to us.

Starting with the good, the college campus is always clean. Washroom are always kept clean as well. But the downside of the college in my view is its infrastructure. As it is a old college, the building is quite dated. Also, whenever there is rain the building along with the surrounding area gets flooded which is a huge issue.

Gauhati Commerce College in the context of academic standpoint is an excellent institute for students interested in commerce and management. Teachers are great, always eager to help and guide. The course is satisfactory with ample opportunity given to learn practical skills that would be desirable when we would be job searching.

As I was in undergraduate course, I would not be the suited person to comment whether placement is good or not. But as far as I have heard, placement is quite decent there for MBA candidates. Students get placed in good companies from this institute.

I would say my experience at Gauhati Commerce College was value for money. The course which is the main thing was great.

The cultural atmosphere is great as well as many fest and events are hosted in the college for students to enjoy and socialize. Local artists are called to perform and it is quite enjoyable for us students.

Liked building and basic amenities good infrastructure which are well maintained, boys hostel need improvement regarding hygiene and cleaning regularly, dustbin to be installed more.Road need rapirs regularly.

Good teachers and on time classes . teachers are supporting the weaker students to improve.Library is having almost all books to study.Especilly Management classes have best academics.Overall the teachers are good.

Just average as it needs more placements and better councellor to guide. There're less corporate in Assam in comparision to Northern India hence they should have better contact with northern area corporate s.

The college infrastructure is very well furnished and all the monitors of the class are well functioned.The computer lab is diagoned with fully functioned wifi and the basic necessary equipments are also available and hostels are also available

The academics of GCC is very well coordinated and the course gives the students a practical knowledge of the studies which the students can apply in their real life. The curriculum is updated as it also teach the students about GST submission and many things.

In GCC the placements scenario is not so good. Only some sales job come for the requirement and the salary is also minimal. The college is trying hard to bring the placements but they are not succeding to bring the placements.

Amazingly spacious classrooms, toilet facilities as well as sports area. The gymnasium is an amazing add to the campus. Clean and safe to eat daily consumption foods. Sunny, airy and environment friendly campus with greenery rich campus gardens.

Well experienced professors. Well explained lessons accompanied by detailed notes. Very helpful and friendly faculty. No problems of language barriers classroom teaching. Regular tests, extra curicular activities and practicals keep the academic game of the college on fleek!

No personal experience with it but it is no news that alumni of this college always get first preferences in companies across North East India. It is the high quality of the human resources generated by the institution.

The college has proper infrastructure and was updated frequently for comfort of the students. Every classes has proper benches and tables for the students to accommodate easily and comfortably. It had all the necessary rooms for women as well.

The academics of the college is really nice. Teachers used easy and real life examples for explaining certain topics which made it easier for the students to understand. The first priority of the college is impart top notch knowledge.

The placements of college is really nice. Renowned institutions comes for recruiting the best students and it also gave career development opportunities for all the students of the college. Many were placed in various institutions with higher salaries.

The Infrasture was decently good , with all the required items and tech for a business school. The college also has a paygroud for the physical wellbeing of the students along with a dedicated canteen and hostels. Furthur each departments fecilitate the major courses in a very systematic and efficient manner.Also the hygiene standards are quiet good.

The academics are very good and GCC can be considered as one of the very best business schools in the entire North-Eastern region. Th e college has shown strong promise in the upbringing and development of the under graduate students.

The Placements have been quiet dissapointing especially for the under graduate course holders . Although the MBA department is capable of providing placements , work oppurtunity for UG students would be a very good development.

Considering the fees we pay this college is surely a very affordable and value for money college.

My College infrastructure was great. All the necessary facilities were available like for girls sanitary dispenser were available, for boys all the facilities were available with liquid soap. AC were available in all the rooms with Wifi. All the bathrooms were clean and proper hygiene was maintained.

GCC is considered as one of the best commerce college in North-East with all the updated curriculum. Softwares like Tally ERP, Advance Excel were taught to gain in-hand experience to make us job ready. The faculties were all trained to give us the best explanations.

The placements were on and off good. Being a commerce college,Big 4 like EY also recruited from us. Companies like godrej, Bajaj Allianz have also recruited from us. The package goes from 3.5 to 5.5CTC on an average. The placement cell is strong and add value to it

Course is cheap. Bcom can be completed in mere 25 thousand to 30 thousand.

The rooms are quite big and it has enough bench for the students of 100 and the board is quite big and understandable and full working ac are there and the canteen facilities are also good and it serve hygiene products.

The course gives a 6 semester program and the subjects are relevant to the modern world requirement and the professors are very well experienced in their field and provide the students ample amount of knowledge.

Placments are average, some of the local companies came for hiring and hire 10-25 students who are topper and secure good marks and sometime they came for sales requirement. Most of the jobs are for sales .
