    Keeping the prefix doctor is specific to the university which is offering the pharmD course.
    Some universities give the prefix " Dr" to their students and some won't,
    In US it applicable to keep the prefix " Dr" but in India some may not follow it.

    No course is good and no course is bad.Its totally depends on your interest in which field you want to go.But along with you interest your grades and percentiles also matters in every field where you want to go. If talk about pharmacy course.It is very good course
