Hello aspirant,

there are very less college around north india ,no college in even capital of india delhi for pharm D
but in chandigarh chitakara University offer pharm D ,
some pvt collge in punjab also they offer firectly after 12 marks
in maharastara pharm D offer by neet marks

Every state have their own "STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST" for allotment of seat in pharmD course, so every state have different Cutoff rank and marks,
Remember that cut off marks and ranks change every year and it's based on number of seats available, number of students appearing
