There are ample number of openings in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management and various other departments of CRO's . The CTC will be between 1.8-3.5 lakhs/Pa ( varies from organization to organization, job role, place etc )

There are also few openings in hospitals as Clinical Pharmacist, only those hospitals

how can i direct admision in Pharm D course after BPharm

Dear student, you will not be able to take admission directly into D Pharmacy course, even if you are passed out from B Pharmacy. You will have to appear in NEET entrance exam once again and your admission will be based on the marks scored in NEET entrance exam only.
