The college will give your certificated back next year dont worry you can insist them to give earlier by making excuses such as the documents are required for your passport and stuff(I took the documents same way).

Either way you will get it back since they are your to keep, in my case the documents were given to me after one year.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the rules for free seat in ts eamcet,  your rank is quite high.  The students whose rank is less than 10000 are eligible for full fee reimbursement if they are having a really low annual income.  For students above 10000 rank the students shall get upto 35000 fee reimbursement with low annual income in the family of around 1-2 Lakh.
