Government Engineering College, Raichur (GEC Raichur) is one of the premier institutions of learning and innovation which set up in the year 2007. The affiliated college stands in Yaramaras Campus, Raichur, Karnataka and has a total area of 27.04 acres of land. GEC Raichur is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, which mandates the quality of technical education particularly engineering branches. Of the 708 students enrolled, the institute has four undergraduate engineering programs. The total number of faculties presently employed at GEC Raichur is 24 and all of them are committed professionals which forms appropriate student faculty ratio. Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering are the branches of this college.
