Government Hrangbana College is one of the best college in Mizoram. It has an academic session of different arts streams as well as commerce where student are able to finish their course till graduation. It has a good infrastructure where the power supply iswell supplied. It also have a good library and wifi help us progress in our studies. The cleanliness of the classroom and toilet is well hygenic.

I am studying Geography because while i am studing 10+2. I am interested in the study of nature, atmosphere, climate and how natural calamities occur. So i made up my mind that if i qualify to study geography in college, i will surely take it. The curriculum is updated a few times which makes us learn new things not only in geography but also in other subjects which we took as a elective subject.

The college does not provides direct placement as it is an Under Graduate. But on the other hand, student who had done well throughout their U G session had a greater chance in the placement of Government job. Around 60 percent of students were placed from this college due to their high achievement. In general, their salary package starts from20,000

As our college is Government College. The fees are not high compared to other private college. Throughout our Under Graduate session we had till 6 semester and 2 semester were completed each year. Each semester, our fees cost 3000.If it so, we cost 6000 each year.

Our college is located in a crowed place where vehicle and other noise from outside can be heard. Somehow, it is very distracting but in general, it doesn't effect our class session. Of course, there are certain condition where the noise is not neglegible, at that moment our teacher stops for a moment and after sometime, they carry on with their lecture. Our teachers and staff are very supportive and open minded, if we have any doubt or querries. They are there to help us.

The teacher are well qualified and there are different type of activities that we can engage on.If we are intersted in earning money, we can join SSU. And if we are interested in adventure, we can join adventure club and so forth. They also provide councelling where student dont know their path of their career as well as issues regarding thier personal life. We can enjoy our time during our time in college while studying.
