36 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time program in Law offered by Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must be a graduate or post-graduate from any university in India.
- Candidates of the general category must have obtained a minimum of 45 percent marks in the (undergraduate) examination recognized for admission. For candidates of another examination category of Uttarakhand state who have obtained 42 percent marks and for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, this qualification will be 40 percent.
Explanation: 44.9% and 39.9% will not be considered as 45% or 40% under any circumstances. - Candidates who have obtained graduation/post-graduation degree directly/through any open university system without passing 10th+2 without any basic qualification, will not be eligible for admission to law courses.
- There is no age limit prescribed for admission to the Bar Council of India.
