36 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time program in Law offered by Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Candidates for admission to the first semester of law must be graduates or postgraduates of any university in India. Candidates belonging to the general category must have obtained a minimum of 45 percent marks in the undergraduate examination. Candidates belonging to other examination categories from Uttarakhand must have obtained 42 percent marks, and for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, the minimum qualifying marks will be 40 percent.
Explanation: 44.9% and 39.9% will not be considered as 45% or 40% under any circumstances.
Candidates from outside Uttarakhand state will be considered as candidates who have passed the admission (graduate) examination from any university outside Uttarakhand state.
