Post Basic B.Sc Nursing at Happy Child College of Nursing, Sonipat Offline Course

1. MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• Passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary Intermediate or 10+2 or Equivalent examination recognized by the University for this purpose. Those who have done 10+1 before 1986 will be eligible for admission.
• Hold a diploma in general nursing and midwifery (GNM). & registered
• Be a registered nurse as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council.
• A male nurse, trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with the state nurses registration council, shall produce evidence of training approved by the Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration instead of midwifery in any one of the following areas:-
  1. OT Techniques
  2. Ophthalmic Nursing
  3. Leprosy Nursing
  4. TB Nursing
  5. Psychiatric Nursing
  6. Neurological & Neuro-surgical nursing
  7. Community Health Nursing
  8. Cancer Nursing
  9. Orthopedic Nursing
• Students must have appeared in the university entrance examination and be admitted to the college through a proper counseling process.

2. BE MEDICALLY FIT/HAVE GOOD PERSONNEL RECORD.
