The College library has a steady flow of newspapers, magazines, and journals on subjects related to Science and Technology. Moreover, a good collection of Video Cassettes Compact Discs (CDs), and DVDs for having the exposure to latest technological developments is also available. The library in the College provides students with the perfect atmosphere for learning and discovering new things. The collection in the library includes some of the finest books on science, management, and related areas, periodicals, and journals, newspapers that fill the students with the enthusiasm and zest for reading and exploring the world and their own area of interest. There is also a separate digital library for research purposes.

The college has a centrally air-cooled auditorium with a seating capacity of 200. There are two seminar halls. Both, the auditoriums and seminar halls are fitted with modern equipment like audio-video devices, LCD projector, etc. Seminars, workshops, and cultural, and other group activities are organized regularly to cover all aspects of education. The auditorium on the campus can efficiently house up to 200 people at a time and is well-equipped with sound systems, lighting arrangements, and all the necessary backstage gear. The acoustics effectively highlight the varying programs held in the amphitheater which has now become an area accommodating all sorts of student activities.

The College has a canteen that caters to the basic needs of both, the students and staff. A variety of refreshments, hot and nutritious snacks, and meals are prepared according to the taste buds of the students. It tends to be the most popular place on campus, not only for eatables but also for student bonding, discussions, and even work on assignments and projects. The campus provides a cafeteria that caters to the student’s requirements till late hours. It provides tea, lunch, and snack facilities at economical prices. Special care is taken to provide quality and hygienic food to students. Students can also get things prepared for their own choices on a payment basis. A canteen committee is responsible for monitoring the operations of the canteen mess and cafeteria and implementing and reviewing the canteen policy.

College Sports are an integral part of the campus curriculum. A dedicated sports faculty ensures that Sports are given topmost priority in extracurriculars. Students regularly participate and represent the College in various Sports tournaments held in different parts of the state or country. Encouragement and training in their respective sport are given by experts.

The College has a fleet of 5 buses and other vehicles which are well connected with all parts and outskirts of the city.

The College has a Wi-Fi facility. Wi-Fi available to the students on campus provides access to the internet so that there is no barrier to learning.

The College has well-equipped laboratories for imparting practical knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. There are two laboratories for each of the science subjects. The aim of having separate labs is to provide ample time and adequate equipment for every student to perform the experiments as per the guidelines.

The College Computer Lab is well equipped with computing resources to cater to the technological needs of the college. The campus of the college is Wi-Fi enabled and the Computer Lab has 100's Computers. Besides these, the Lab is also well equipped with LCD projectors and CD writers. To cope with interrupting power, the technological infrastructure at HDC is backed up by 15 KVA UPS, Digital Line Conditioners, CVTs, and a powerful 64 KVA generator. The Lab is available to the students for more than 5 hours a day.
