St. Aloysius College has a placement cell, which conducts placement every year. It looks after all the placement related activities. It maintains all the database of students, wherein details of students are maintained and forwarded to the recruiters. St. Aloysius College placement cell also conducts campus interviews, with mutual consent of both the college and the recruiters as a part of the placement process. Other activities organised  by placement cell are career guidance programmes and  campus fair. The St. Aloysius College placement process also includes resume preparation of the candidates, conducting their mock tests and interviews. Seminars and workshops are also conducted time and again for the all round development of the students. The mission and vision of the placement cell is to empower students to choose the right career option and place as many students as it can in top companies. Some of the top recruiters of SAC are- Asian Paints, Accenture, Aegis, Cognizant to name a few. As per the SAC placement report, 2020, out of 1522 undergraduate students, 63 students have been placed and out of 163 postgraduate students, 26 opted for higher studies.
