Fire Fighting System- Each floor of the college has dedicated plumbing lines connected to the water reservoir and fire extinguishers, according to stipulations of the West Bengal Fire Fighting Services Act.
Banking- A on-campus branch of Punjab National Bank with an ATM is available for the students, faculty and staff. It also provides soft loans.
Postal Facilities- Postal Facilities are available at East Kolkata PO located nearby. Along with this, students, staff and faculties can avail of postal services of DTDC.

Auditorium- The centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 500 people of Heritage Institute of Technology is also known as Swami Vivekananda Auditorium.

Heritage Institute of Technology placement and training cell conducts all the placement-related activities. Although all the campuses of VIT have its placements in the Vellore campus only but still there is no transparency in the placements in VIT vellore.
You can choose heritage institute of technology if you are getting non core branch . The fees in heritage would be around 8L and that of VIT bhopal would be just double of that.
