Sundernagar based Himachal Dental College, recognised in 1994 is a premier and well known dental college in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. This affiliated college that has received the stamp of approval from the Dental Council of India (DCI) has been visionary in setting the dental health course for over two decades. Located on a 5-acre mulching space, the college provides an appropriate learning ambience to those intending to practice dentistry. The BDS course has a total of sixty Seats for intake while there is total twenty seven Seats in total for MDS courses offered in different specialisations. The college had in the academic year 2022 a total student enrolment of 362, of which to the under graduate programmes were 285 while to the postgraduate programmes were 77.
