There is no mode of admission in any medical colleges through "donation".
However, the fees for one year (2019-2020) will be dependent on the type of quota a student is getting admitted.
The fees to be paid on admission through:

2. Management Quota seats - Rs. 16,80,000/-

Fee paid at the time of admission including caution money, tuition fee and admission fee is 3,80,000/- for state quota.
Hostel fee :-
- Hostel fee - 40,000 per year
- Hostel caution fee - 10,000 (one time).
- Hostel registration fee - 10,000 ( time of hostel booking).

The fee stru tut although management quota is much more than the state quota or the AIQ seats.It is almost same in all state whichever allotment takes place.
For example if a private college fees is 20 lakh for 5.5 years ,The management quota fees would be around 50 lakh .This is because low marks students also get seat by management quota.

In private Medical colleges, candidates admitted under state quota usually pay Rs 7.85 lakh as fees for four and half years, while candidates admitted under the management quota pay Rs 31.25 lakh approximately. There are some scholarships also.The scholarships recognise merit and talent of students. Students may apply for the Scholarships at the beginning of the academic year.
