Boys Hostel
The ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences & Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia provides students with Hostel facilities within its premises. There are separate blocks for boys and girls. Furnished single, double and triple occupancy rooms are available. Canteen is conveniently located within the boys Hostels.
Girls Hostel
The ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences & Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia provides students with Hostel facilities within its premises. There are separate blocks for boys and girls. Furnished single, double and triple occupancy rooms are available. Canteen is conveniently located within the girls Hostels.
Medical/Hospital
The college has health center with first aid facility for the students.
Library
A fabulous 1600 Sq. m. central library with seating arrangement for 200 students for reading. The college is well stocked with books on all branches of study. The library also subscribes to Indian and also foreign journals on medical and allied subjects. The library has got wireless internet connectivity and there is a separate digital internet browsing room equipped with 25 computers. The library has also facilities for video cassette, CDs, audiovisual, Slide projector, LCD projector, TV/VCR/CD etc for learning & teaching. The library will soon have the bar coding system in the books & student id card for easy issue of the books. Presently it is open from 9am to 10pm and shortly 24 hrs service will be available.
Sports
Facilities for indoor and outdoor sports are available in the campus. Extensive playground areas has been earmarked to develop student’s skill and form teams in Cricket, Football, Badminton and athletics.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Laboratories
Integrated teaching involving the pre-clinical and clinical departments will be an innovative approach. To fulfill these goals we maintain updated laboratories equipped with semiauto analysers, blood gas analysers, spectrophotometers, gel electrophoretic apparatus, Flam photometers and chromatographic chambers etc.
Gym
A well equipped multi-gym with qualified trainer separate for boys and girls is going to be established soon.
Classrooms
The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

College Infrastructure

My college has all the infrastructure, facilities and equipments necessary for a person to study MBBS. We have well ventilated lecture theatres with varied seating arrangements. Each department has its own laboratories, demo rooms etc. The central library has a huge collection of books, also includes an outer library where you can sit and study without disturbance. We have separate boys and girls hostels with 24x7 security and WiFi. Hostels requires a bit maintenance though.

College Infrastructure

Being a private college, the approach of the college management is largely moneymaking.In each MCI Inspection a large number of shortcomings come to light,like shortage of doctors and patients, lack of required medical equipment (like usg machine) and the college pledges to rectify them before the next inspection. Years go by,and so do inspections,sometimes the college qualifies for new admissions, sometimes not,but the crux of the matter remains largely unchanged.
