The College hostels are self-contained with more than 1500 rooms in total with a capacity of 3000 students on a twin–sharing basis. Hostel facilities include excellent dining halls, indoor games, Wi-Fi internet connectivity and fields for outdoor games, a separate gym for boys and girls, a reading room, a medical aid room, etc.

The college takes proper care of the health of the students by providing hygienic surroundings and facilities for physical workouts through sports and gymnasiums. Still, if prevention does not work, a cure has to be provided. To ensure the total well-being of the students, the college now has its own IIMT Life Line Hospital for providing a 24/7 medical facility, ambulance facility, and emergency facility to all IIMT students and staff.

The college provides its students with a state-of-the-art gymnasium facility with full-time trainers. Treadmills, Abdominal board, bench press, upright rowing, pack back, vibrator, leg extension machine, and multi-machine are among the equipment provided. There is separate gym timing for Boys and Girls.

The College Central Library has an extensive collection of reference books: 1.5 lacs, Titles: 11323, Journals: 150, e-Journals: 2000, CD: 996, etc. The Library has a Reading Room where students can concentrate and study. Faculty, students, staff, and visitors may conduct literature searches by utilizing an extensive collection of online indexing and abstracting databases and engines at the Digital Library which is also part of the Central Library. The library is equipped with KOHA Library Management software. The IIMT is also a member of DELNET, INDEST, and EDUSET which provides ready access to the readers to the libraries of leading institutions in the world.

The college has various sports and physical activities organized for the students. Several modern indoor and outdoor game facilities are available. Students are encouraged to participate in various games & sports like badminton, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Swimming, Carrom and chess, etc. 

The college is well equipped with air-conditioned computer labs having unlimited internet facility with an Internet Bandwidth of 20 MBPS through Optical Fiber Cable. The IT and computer facilities are the latest technology and Wi-Fi enabled. The university is equipped with computers having Dual Core and Core 2 Duo processors connected through a local area network having 8 servers including core i5 servers with thousands of systems to leverage the power of IT for making learning more informative and entertaining.

The College Cafeteria facility, serves only Veg cuisine, and ample space is located adjacent to the water pond which gives it a heavenly and hygienic ambiance. Here one can enjoy a hot cup of tea and coffee along with delicious samosas and have a break from daily life with friends. Utmost emphasis is given to keeping the kitchens and preparation areas clean. Cafeteria food is regularly inspected to maintain the quality of food and services.
