Institute of Cooperative Management, Imphal was established in 1988 and is affiliated with Manipur University. It is spread over 2 acres with a student count of more than 120 and a faculty count of 10. ICM Imphal focuses on providing training, consultancy, and research-related courses. The main aim of ICM College is to provide need-based education or training to people from different backgrounds to succeed in competitive business environments.

PGDCA and BBA are 2 ICM courses provided to the students. In addition to this, several computer programmes and training courses of 12 weeks, 2 months, and 6 months are provided at the Institute of Cooperative Management campus. Admissions to the Institute of Cooperative Management are based on the marks obtained in their respective examinations followed by interviews conducted by the college. 

Skill development as part of the training programme is also offered by the college to support entrepreneurship. Modern classrooms, a seminar hall, and a library are provided as part of the ICM campus facilities. Concession of marks to the category students is also provided as per the norms.
