ICM Imphal has a library facility for all students. It possesses over 15,000 books in various areas like cooperation, business management, human resource management, marketing, consumer economics, accounts and finance, audit, banking, operations research, project planning and management, rural development, entrepreneurship, computers, insurance, tourism, and other. Besides, the Institute of Cooperative Management Imphal library has more than 200 management-based video cassettes. It also subscribes to 12 newspapers (English, Hindi, and Manipuri), 65 journals, and 15 magazines.

The college has a well-equipped computer lab with 83 PCs of the latest technology to facilitate excellence in IT-based training programmes. Institute of Cooperative Management Imphal has acquired various Operating Systems like MS-DOS, LINUX, and different Windows O.S. and various Software and packages like Visual Studio, Basic, Cobol, FoxPro, MS-Office (up to XP), Tally 9.1, Pagemaker 7, and others. An internet connection is available in the lab.

ICM Imphal canteen serves as a hub for staff and students to enjoy meals and refreshments in a relaxed setting. It offers a variety of food options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements. The cafeteria provides a space for social interaction and a break from academic pursuits.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Institute of Cooperative Management Imphal hostels are for about 100 students. 

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Indoor games and recreational facilities are provided to the students at the Institute of Cooperative Management Imphal.

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. Institute of Cooperative Management Imphal engages visiting Medical Officers and provides free consultation facilities to the students and residents of the campus.

The Institute of Cooperative Management had a conditioned Conference hall for 100 people, equipped with an LCD projector and a Public Address System. To make the training programmes useful and purposeful for developing skills and attitudes, maximum opportunities are provided to the participants for effective participatory learning.
