About IHM Ahmedabad
The Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad was founded in 1972 as the Food Craft Institute. Later, it was upgraded to the Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad (IHM Ahmedabad) in 1984 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. IHM Ahmedabad Gandhinagar boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure to complement its academic excellence.
Some of the top courses offered at IHM Ahmedabad are BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, Diploma in Food Production, MSc in Hospitality Administration and a craftsmanship course in Food and Beverage and Food Production and Patisserie.
