Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad offers various courses at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates are advised to make sure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria. IHM Ahmedabad courses at the UG level include BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, and PG programmes include MSc in Hospitality Administration.

IHM Ahmedabad diploma programme is offered in Food Production. Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad also offers Craftsmanship Certification Course in Food & Beverage Service and Craftsmanship Certification Course in Food Production & Patisserie. College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good It has good kitchen and restuarant for practice of students. Auditorium is also present and extra area for our door events. Mess is there with good sitting capacity and food is provided.
