Hey aspirant,

If you have been allotted a seat at IHM Chennai and you have paid the seat acceptance fee, reported to the reporting centre and selected the "Freeze" option in the 1st counselling round, then you can retain your seat. You can apply for 2nd round counselling but won't be able modify your choices.

Hope that's helpful

Best of luck

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, the chances for both the institutes are less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for SIHM Faridkot was around 6,000 and for SIHM Rohtak,  the closing ranks were around 10,000 in the general category. But,  one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Good luck

Lohar are now considered to be a Scheduled Caste in caste system of India among Hindus and Sikhs and a clan among Muslims in the Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, and in Nepal. They form part of a loose grouping of traditionally artisanal castes known as Panchals
Central government is still to make these changes
Good luck

Well both are good colleges. But, IHM Bangalore is more good. As per my research,  the hostel is 8 km away from college so, metro is best and cheaper option. The mess and the staff are also good. And other preferences such as professors, are well experienced as per the accordance .

I hope it helps! All the best!

Dear Aspirant,

There are many IHM colleges,so the timing varies accordingly.Mostly the college starts at 9am and ends at 4pm-5pm and has a break of 1 hour for lunch probably at 1-2pm.

Weekends i.e saturday and sunday are off days.

THANK YOU

Hey Shreyas!

Infrastructure is alright compared to a government college but some things need renovations and i have heard it is being done. Hopefully it would be completed soon and the college would have better infrastructure than before
