If we compare the two IHMs both are on the same level in terms of facilities, faculty etc. However, I suggest that you go for IHM Gwalior as it will be closer to home. Not only this, if you compare the cut off rank for both the colleges,

Hi,

You should should contact the admission team for the insititute and tell them about your issue. You will definately get a workaround for the above problem.

If in first round you got a college of third choice then getting a first prefernce college would be very diffcult. My advice would be to wait till entire selection list comes and then you can decide.
