There are four total number of courses in the pharmacy field provided by the institute, which includes one course for the Bachelor level (B.Pharma), two courses for the Master level (those are M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics, and M.Pharma Pharmacology), and one course for the Diploma level (D.Pharma). All the courses are full time, on campus program and are intended to impart comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills with regards to pharmaceutical sciences.

Admission to the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is done separately for the respective courses. While the institute claims to do so on the basis of merit in the case of B.Pharma and D.Pharmacy.
