Institute of Teacher Education, Faridabad is a self-financed B.ED college in the NCR region. It began functioning in 2008 under the Bhopal Singh Jankalyan Shiksha Samiti Societ. IOTE Faridabad is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE), Jaipur. The private B.ED institution is affiliated to Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind. IOTE offers a full-time Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). Admission into IOTE Faridabad undergraduate courses is provided based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree.  There is a reduction in the percentage of marks for SC/ST students and for visually impaired and physically handicapped candidates. 

IOTE Faridabad supports graduates to get placed in reputed schools through the placement drive. IOTE Faridabad provides facilities needed for stuedetnts to pursue the B.ED programme.
