The academic building houses a First-Aid Room for medical emergencies. One vehicle is stationed on guard to take students and hostlers to nearby hospitals in case of emergencies. INMANTEC Institutions also have a tie-up with Indo-German Hospital and Columbia Asia Hospital for medical emergencies. These hospitals have Ambulance facilities around the clock to address medical emergencies. In addition, regular medical checkups are performed by qualified doctors for the benefit of students and hostlers.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The INMANTEC Library is fully computerized with the help of Koha-Library Management Software and uses bar-code technology in its lending (issue-return) operation. A systematic approach has been adopted for the development of the library and information system by introducing new systems and techniques. Sports: Hostlers are encouraged to take part in outdoor and indoor sports activities on campus. Basket Ball Court, Volleyball Court, Badminton Court, and Table Tennis help hostlers in competing with sportsman spirit.

The IT lab at INMANTEC promisingly comes into view as an advanced learning center by using new technologies. On conceding the significant task of IT in education and research activities, the institute has established a large Computer Laboratory with a high-speed Internet facility inside the campus, accessible to all the students. All machines are networked with all modern software and linked with high-speed internet connectivity
