The following are the eligibility criteria that are needed to be fulfilled by the aspirants.

Students aspiring to pursue LLB courses should score at least 45% in Class XII and qualify the entrance test required for admission in LLB courses.
However, for pursuing a simple LLB course, you need to have completed your graduation with minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized college.
If you are already a graduate (any stream and any course), then you simply can pursue LLB for 3 years through qualifying the required entrance exams.
There is no upper age limit to pursue LLB courses in India.

LLB Admission process can be of two types:

Merit Based: Some colleges generate their cut off list, and if one has scored within the asked criteria, then he or she becomes eligible to take admission in LLB course.
Entrance Based: All the top LLB colleges like Osmania University , etc organize LLB entrances like TS LAWCET, AP LAWCET, SET SLAT, DU LLB, etc.
